ATTS Editorial Policy
Our India airport, aviation and travel guides help readers prepare questions, compare options and plan enquiries. This policy sets the publishing standards for content attributed to the ATTS Aviation Team.
Who is responsible for the content?
The ATTS Aviation Team is the collective author identity for articles published by Aviation Travel and Tourism Services in India. It is a team byline, rather than a named individual reviewer or an aviation authority. Learn more about ATTS.
Sources and operational accuracy
Regulatory and airport information should be supported by the relevant authority or airport operator. Useful primary sources include the Directorate General of Civil Aviation, Airports Authority of India, airport operators and immigration or customs authorities. Where a guide discusses a specific rule or requirement, readers should be able to identify the source.
Airport access, slots, parking, permits, handling, fuel availability and customs, immigration and quarantine arrangements depend on the aircraft, itinerary, operating permissions and local conditions. A published guide is not an approval, a service guarantee or a substitute for current aeronautical information, NOTAMs and confirmation from the relevant authority.
Dates, updates and historical articles
An article’s publication date records when it first appeared. It does not mean every operational detail remains current. Material changes should be reflected in the article, with a clear update note where timing affects the reader’s decision. Historical news and events should remain identifiable as historical.
Useful information and commercial links
ATTS publishes both practical guides and information about its services. Links to flight support, ground handling, fuelling coordination and India flight permits explain how readers can request assistance. A service link does not confirm availability for a particular flight.
Claims and corrections
Unsupported fixed prices, guaranteed clearance times, stand counts, access promises and service coverage claims should not be presented as established facts. Uncertain details should be qualified or omitted.
If you find an error, outdated requirement or broken source link, please contact ATTS with the article URL, the relevant passage and a supporting source. This allows the team to assess the issue and make an appropriate correction.
Before operating a flight
Confirm current requirements through the appropriate authority, airport operator and operational contacts before relying on a guide for a flight. ATTS articles support planning and enquiries; they do not replace an operator’s compliance responsibilities.
